Art for Humanity

Our Art for Humanity Program is our initiative to make a difference in uplifting humanity and stewarding our planet through art and creative collaborations, starting with the Vision 125 Global Art for Humanity Series by the Foundation’s founder.

Vision 125 Global Art for Humanity Series

By Analisa Leonor Balares ~ Artist, producer, innovator, conservationist, philanthropist

In 2023 - 2026, the Philippines has a multi-year global celebration of the nation’s 125 years of independence from Spain.  To commemorate this historic occasion, and as her contribution to the historic 125th anniversary of the Philippines’ independence from Spain, New England-based artist-entrepreneur-philanthropist and Humansphere Foundation founder-CEO Analisa Leonor Balares embarks on an equally historic, groundbreaking project to complete and exhibit 125 paintings and works of art for philanthropic benefit.

Each of her works of art, and art prints, will philanthropically benefit organizations and causes Analisa is dedicated to: Humansphere Foundation with its mission of uplifting humanity and inspiring stewardship of our planet; Womensphere Global Institute with its mission of advancing women and accelerating global gender equality; and trusted non-profit organizations with a shared mission and purpose (see the list on Humansphere Foundation’s Impact Areas).

Analisa started drawing and painting as a five-year-old-girl in the Philippines. Before having any formal education in the arts, she was mentored by her artist cousin Flordelisa Balares, and was the youngest participant in art workshops and the artists collective led by national artist Fernando Sena, hailed as the Father of the Philippine Art Workshops. Analisa has exhibited her paintings and art works in the US, Canada, and the Philippines.

Art for Humanity Collective

The Art for Humanity Collective is a dynamic community of diverse artists united by the shared mission of creating art that uplifts, connects, and serves humanity, and creating art for philanthropic benefit.

While the Art for Humanity Collective is initially by invitation, our collective intends to amplify voices from every background—cultural, spiritual, and personal—offering a platform where creativity becomes a force for social good.

Together, Art for Humanity Collective Artists collaborate, inspire, and innovate, using their talents to spark empathy, awareness, and positive change. The Collective is more than an alliance—it's a movement of heart-centered creators who believe art has the power to heal divisions and cultivate a more just, more compassionate world for all.

Art for Humanity Festivals

Art for Humanity Festivals are vibrant celebrations of unity through the arts, showcasing the beauty and richness of our world's spiritual and cultural diversity in artistic expression.

These interfaith and multicultural celebrations create sacred spaces where art, music, dance, and storytelling transcend boundaries and belief. Through artistic exhibitions, poetry, music, performances, book readings, and shared experiences, the Art for Humanity Festivals foster mutual respect, heightened appreciation, and deep connections among people of all backgrounds.

Our Festivals are not just events, but transformative encounters where creativity inspires peace, empathy, and shared humanity. Our Festivals invite diverse communities to stand together in harmony—celebrating difference, embracing unity, and nurturing the soul of humanity through art.

Why invest in creating art and building a community of artists who care about the world?

The world we live in has spiraled into the darkest of times: The United Nations has signaled our planet is now in “Code Red” status. We have wars, political upheavals, turmoil, famines, calamities, rising violence, the spread of hate, and the suffering of millions of people all over the world.

All this while our world is still healing from millions of deaths and suffering brought on by covid.

The Arts have always had power to unite us all across divides, to heal, and to be a beacon in dark times.

So at Humansphere, we create art, and we inspire artists to create and be a force for good. We bring together diverse artists and build supportive communities - to give hope and inspiration, to lift up humanity and each other, to create light and provide illumination in the darkness.
