Our Emerging Leaders Program is a key initiative inspiring and empowering the next generation, as well as diverse new leaders across generations, towards purpose-driven wholistic leadership that makes a positive difference in our world.
As the original producers of the firstever Emerging Leaders Summits and Emerging Leaders programming in America in the early 2000s, we bring back our Emerging Leaders Forums, Summits, and Festival this 2025.
Through our Emerging Leaders Forums, Summits, and Festivals, we convene an intergenerational and multicultural community - from students across colleges and universities - to professional managers and corporate executives - to educators and academics across all fields - to entrepreneurs, artists, government policy makers - in order to invest in leadership development, career exploration, professional advancement, entrepreneurial success, and positive global and local impact of community members.
We are cultivating an intergenerational and multicultural community of positive changemakers across all fields and industries - a diverse, inclusive community comprised of inspiring leaders, innovators, artists, scientists, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who serve as inspirational positive role models to each other and to the world.
